Supplier Diversity Program

 

Pure NJ believes in the value of a diverse workforce and supplier strategy. It is the policy of Pure NJ to provide opportunities for minority, women, veteran and service-disabled veteran owned businesses to participate as partners in the procurement of goods and services.To participate as diverse business vendor with Pure NJ, a business must be a certified as Diverse Business (DB) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by an accredited third-party certifying entity.

COMMUNITY FUND

Pure NJ commits to giving a portion of revenue back to the community to support revitalization. The Community Fund will provide monetary resources for residents and stakeholders in order to improve their neighborhoods and schools as Pure NJ deems fit. Local officials and elected leaders view responsible economic development opportunities as public/private partnership. Pure NJ is committed to long term relationships.

LOCAL, WELL-PAYING JOBS

As the medical marijuana program grows in New Jersey, so will the jobs at our facility. Pure NJ will pay above average wages and give employees healthcare benefits and training opportunities that will equip them for a long-term career in manufacturing and retail.

Wherever possible, Pure NJ ensures its facility and processes operate sustainably. Nearly all water is reclaimed on site and we adhere to the strictest of regulatory standards for New Jersey’s medical marijuana program. Pure NJ complies with the most stringent regulations and exceeds sustainability expectations.
